Going to School / Outdoor School for Girls
Organizing student information across NGOs and turning session questionnaires into reports schools can use.
The operational need
The project involved student data from multiple NGOs, tracking student performance and submitting reports back to schools. Programme teams needed to organize records and compare questionnaires taken at the beginning and end of a session.
Going to School’s public website describes its education and skills programmes. The Outdoor School for Girls website explains its work combining football and sustainable skills education. The scope below is the development work confirmed by Digittrix.
What Digittrix worked on
- Mobile and backend development: supporting the programme’s student-data and reporting workflows.
- Multi-NGO information: organizing student records across participating organizations.
- Baseline questionnaires: recording the survey conducted at the start of a session.
- Endline questionnaires: recording the survey conducted at the end of that session.
- Progress analysis and reporting: comparing questionnaire results to help teams assess change and submit reports to schools.
The baseline/endline comparison supported analysis of student progress. No improvement percentage, causal impact, participant count or independent evaluation is claimed here.
Useful experience beyond the payment screen
A nonprofit fundraising platform may also need organization records, programme updates and reports. This project provides relevant experience with NGO operations and structured reporting. A fundraising build still needs its own campaign rules, contribution flow, access model and payment-provider acceptance tests.
Student-level records, questionnaire responses and private reporting screens are not published in this account.
