An astrologer marketplace brings multiple astrologers onto one booking platform. It connects three roles through shared booking and payment records:
APP FEATURES
Choose the tools you need to run paid consultations. We define each role’s access and connect the steps from profile search to payment and follow-up.
Astrologers submit their introductions, languages, services and fees. Your team reviews applications before publishing profiles. Customers filter approved listings by service, language, price and availability. We match any verification badges to the checks your team actually performs.
Astrologers set working hours, breaks and time off. Customers choose a slot in their own time zone and receive reminders. We reserve slots during checkout and release them when a booking expires to help prevent double bookings.
Customers join sessions through your chosen chat or calling provider. We build clear start, end and reconnect controls. For instant consultations, customers see who is available and what happens if their chosen astrologer cannot accept the request.
Choose fixed-price appointments, pay-per-minute consultations or both. Customers see the rate before paying. If you need an in-app wallet, we define how customers add funds, use their balance and receive refunds with your payment provider.
Set the platform’s share of each session fee. Astrologers can view earnings, deductions and payout status. We connect a supported payout provider or create reports for manual payments. Your provider and launch countries determine which options you can use.
Customers can review eligible completed sessions and report problems. Your team moderates reviews and resolves cancellations, missed calls and disputes. We give support staff access to relevant booking records and restrict access to private consultation details.

INTEGRATION & TESTING
We test successful consultations and the problems that affect customers’ money or time. You approve the booking, billing and refund rules before we build.
We test two customers choosing the same slot, checkout timeouts, time-zone changes and cancellations. We check when the slot becomes available again and whether both people receive the right updates.
We test dropped calls, reconnects and missed sessions against your billing rules. For timed consultations, the server tracks the chargeable duration. We check that repeated start or end messages do not create duplicate charges.
We check payment-provider confirmations before marking bookings as paid. We test failed payments, repeated notifications, partial refunds and changes to astrologer earnings. Support staff can follow the record of each charge and refund.
