Delivery scope
A wellness platform needs both a usable customer experience and tools for the team operating it. Digittrix’s confirmed delivery covers the public website, two mobile apps and the administration panel.
A browser-based entry point introduces the service and connects users to account access.
Dedicated mobile products support access to the GoodLives wellness experience on both platforms.
An administration panel was delivered for platform operations. Private admin screens and detailed staff permissions are not reproduced in this public case study.
Product capabilities
The public product descriptions identify the following user-facing capabilities. Digittrix also confirms that consultation notes, prescriptions and patient history are implemented within the platform.
The store listings describe therapist matching and session booking. The public website presents one-to-one therapy alongside other wellness services.
Guided meditation, self-help exercises and routines give users ways to engage between appointments.
The mobile product descriptions include progress tracking, challenges, rewards and streaks.
Consultation notes, prescriptions and patient history are part of the owner-confirmed implementation. This records functionality does not establish integration with a separate hospital EHR or EMR.
Product workflow
This sequence describes the product journey supported by the public website and app listings, rather than a claim about measured clinical outcomes.
Users enter through the website or the Android or iOS app.
Therapist matching and booking support the consultation path; wellness activities provide another entry point.
Users can book sessions and use the published wellness tools.
Progress tracking and recurring activities support an ongoing relationship with the platform.

Evidence note
Development attribution and internal record functionality are confirmed by Digittrix. Public website and store links document the product experience; they do not independently identify the supplier responsible for every release. GoodLives remains the client brand and product operator.
This case study does not publish private patient data, clinical results, adoption improvements, security certifications or an external EHR integration claim. A new project’s provider choices, data controls and delivery terms are agreed separately.
