Who handles app-store submission and resubmission?
For the app platforms in the proposal, Digittrix prepares store descriptions, screenshots and icons, configures TestFlight and Google Play testing, completes Apple privacy and Google Data Safety information, and submits the apps through the client’s developer accounts. Digittrix also handles reviewer replies, rejection fixes and resubmissions. Clients pay third-party service and store-account fees. Apple and Google make the final approval decision.
Will I own the source code and design files?
Yes. The client owns the project source code and receives the editable Figma source files. Source code and design files are handed over after final payment. Apps are published through the client’s developer accounts. Third-party fonts, stock assets, libraries and licensed services retain their own licence terms.
What support is included after my astrology app goes live?
New astrology app projects include six months of technical support after the app goes live, with 24-hour tech-support chat inside the DIET app. Coverage includes delivered-feature bug fixes, OS updates, third-party API changes and recalculation checks when the horoscope or kundli provider changes its API or engine version. Digittrix and the client’s astrology expert jointly approve reference charts and expected chart results. A maintenance plan is offered after six months. New features and third-party fees are separate from support; response and resolution targets are recorded in the support agreement.
What should I bring to the first project discussion?
Bring a short business brief, your intended audience and launch region, preferred platforms, budget, timeline, and any brand assets or existing product. If you have an astrology API, content licence, domain specialist or current app, share those details too. Do not send private customer birth records or payment data for an initial enquiry.
