Plan your construction website, site reporting app or management platform with Digittrix in Mohali. Connect project progress, material approvals and financial records around the way your office, site supervisors and clients work.
Digittrix scopes construction websites, mobile apps and custom management software from its Sector 75 office. Start with one operating problem: missed site updates, unclear material approvals, disconnected project costs or an outdated contractor website.
For a focused site app or client portal MVP, the indicative budget is ₹1.43 lakh–₹2.38 lakh with a 4–6 week planning window after scope approval. Interfaces and inclusions remain proposal-specific. A PRACTICAL FIRST MEETING
Bring your project manager, a site supervisor and the person responsible for purchasing or accounts. Together, we can turn a real operating process into a focused development brief.
Use a redacted material request or daily report. Identify who raises it, approves it and records the outcome. Agree units, required photos and the difference between submitted, approved and received.
List current spreadsheets, accounts tools and project IDs. Confirm devices, connectivity, language needs and record ownership. Assess provider access and sample exports before promising a connector.
Select one site or project, assign acceptance owners and agree checks for permissions, duplicate uploads, partial receipts and cost totals. Plan migration reconciliation, rollback and training before wider release.
Share a short brief, redacted sample forms, preferred platforms, budget and launch window. We record interfaces, exclusions, recurring costs and support responsibilities in the proposal. Start with the material approval guide and worksheet.
ILLUSTRATIVE MOHALI WORKFLOW
Imagine a contractor coordinating a home renovation in Sector 70 and a residential build in Sector 82 from a Mohali office. This fictional planning example shows a workflow to scope and test; it is not a client project, a completed pilot or an additional prototype test result.
The Sector 82 supervisor requests 120 cement bags against an agreed BOQ item. The record includes the project ID, unit, quantity, required date and supporting photo. The Sector 70 site keeps its own request history.
The office checks available stock, the BOQ balance and the supplier quote. An authorized manager approves or returns the request with a reason. Purchasing records the supplier and order reference against the same request.
The site accepts 80 bags and records the delivery reference and photo, leaving 40 outstanding. Accounts matches the accepted quantity with the invoice; invoice and payment status remain separate from material receipt status.
Agree tests that keep each site's records separate, restrict approvals to assigned roles and prevent a repeated upload from counting the receipt twice. Confirm that 120 approved minus 80 accepted leaves 40 outstanding. Language, offline capture, accounting connections and rollout scope remain proposal-specific. Adapt the material approval worksheet to your actual process.
PLAN YOUR BUDGET IN RUPEES
These indicative INR amounts convert our published USD development budgets. Your written proposal confirms the final INR price, applicable taxes, deliverables and milestones.

| Integrated construction platform | Starting budget for selected project dashboards, BOQ, procurement or business-system connections. The proposal defines modules, interfaces, migration and integration scope. | 8 weeks+ | ₹2.38 lakh+INR · from USD 2,500+ |
Website, Android and iOS interfaces, user roles, offline behaviour, integrations, migration and support remain proposal-specific. Hosting, storage, messaging, app-store accounts and third-party licences are itemized separately where applicable. A starting budget does not include every feature described on this page.
Timelines begin after scope, designs, content and required access are approved. Complex migration, provider dependencies, feedback delays and app-store review can affect delivery.
Indicative equivalents use ₹95.06 per US$1, the published 15 October 2026 daily rate, rounded to the nearest ₹1,000. Rates can change; the written proposal confirms the final INR amount and applicable taxes. Exchange-rate source (opens in a new tab).

Indicative INR budgets are ₹1.42 lakh for a company website, ₹1.43 lakh–₹2.38 lakh for a site app or client portal MVP, and ₹2.38 lakh+ for an integrated platform. These convert the main page’s USD budgets at ₹95.06 per US$1 (15 October 2026), rounded to ₹1,000. The proposal confirms scope, final INR price, taxes and recurring costs.
No. The proposal specifies the interfaces, platforms, user roles, offline behaviour, integrations, migration and support period. A starting budget does not include every module or all three platforms automatically. Hosting, storage, messaging, app-store accounts and third-party licences are itemized separately where applicable.
Plan 2–3 weeks for a company website, 4–6 weeks for a focused site app or client portal MVP, and 8 weeks or more for an integrated platform. Timelines start after scope, designs, content and required access are approved. Migration, feedback, provider dependencies and app-store review can affect release dates.
We do not currently present a completed construction management client deployment. Our Construction Workspace is an internal prototype with fictional Riverside Residences data. Public videos, screenshots and an actual test report show implemented workflows and their limits. Meking Steel and Global Prime Realty are related published work with different scopes.
Offline capture can be scoped and tested for your devices and work sites. In the current prototype, an already-open page can save drafts and manually sync when connectivity returns; reopening it offline is not supported. A production scope needs explicit rules for queued photos, duplicate submissions, conflicts and failed uploads.
We can assess construction software integrations and data migration during discovery. Bring a redacted sample export and identify which system owns project IDs, vendor details, budgets and invoices. Provider API access, licences, field mapping, reconciliation and rollback checks are confirmed before quoting an integration. No specific connector is included automatically.
English, Hindi and Punjabi interfaces can be discussed during discovery. The proposal confirms languages, translation ownership, labels, input formats and testing with intended users. A multilingual interface is not assumed in the starting budget.
Yes. Arrange a meeting at the Mohali office or online to review your construction website, site app or management software brief. This page identifies the Sector 75 office in Mohali; it does not claim additional offices in Chandigarh or Panchkula.
Bring one redacted daily report, a material request or BOQ sample, your current approval steps, target devices, existing systems, budget and launch window. We use these to define one pilot workflow, user permissions and acceptance criteria. Do not share employee identity documents, passwords or private customer data in an initial enquiry.
